MCG Environmental Engineering are specialists In the effective removal of oil mist and coolant mists from CNC machining centres and other industrial mist generating applications. We are proud to be able to offer the LOSMA range of industrial air filtration equipment, from small standalone units that are often seen on CNC machining centres to centralised extraction system solutions that serve multiple machines or processes.
With an extensive standard product range, from small standalone units for mounting directly to the machine tool to the larger LOSMA Argos Pro for use with centralised systems and larger machine tools that require oil mist control. With air volumes from 325m3/hr on the Galileo Plus to 15,000 m3/hr on the Argos Pro and filtration efficiency up to 99.97%.
For airflows greater than 15,000m3/hr our experienced design engineers will be able to design a bespoke system specifically for your oil or coolant mist application, using a combination of standard LOSMA filtration units, combined with a separate standalone fan.
From enclosed machining centres to large open bed machines MCG have the control solution for your application.
From water soluble based coolants to neat oil applications the LOSMA range of equipment will have a control solution for your application.

The Darwin series is a range of centrifugal filters for cleaning air containing oil mists, micro-mists and smokes produced when using coolants (emulsion or neat oil). The Darwin is available in four sizes, with a maximum flow rate up to 3000 m³/hr, with 3 different interchangeable filtration technologies.
The Galileo Plus is a centrifugal oil mist filter for mist generated from neat oil and emulsions used on machine tools and is also suitable for use in the presence of particulate.
Flow rates from 325 to 3500 m3/hr.
The PASCAL filtration unit form LOSMA has been specifically designed for the industrial sector, where its innovative design comes into its own, from its solid construction, proven reliability , combined with easy service and maintenance ensures machine downtime is kept to a minimum. The Pascal is available in three sizes with flow rates ranging from 3.000 to 9.000 m3/hr and with increasing filtration efficiency rates to reach 99.97%.
The new Argos Pro series from LOSMA have been designed for the filtration of oil mists (emulsion as well as neat oil), vapours and smokes deriving from a variety of machining processes. Flow rates from 3000 - 15,000 m3/hr
The PASCAL-M filtration unit from Losma has been specifically designed for the industrial sector, where its innovative design comes into its own, The PASCAL-M is available in two sizes with flowrates ranging from 1500 to 2500m3/hr, with increasing filtration efficiency rates to reach 99.97%.
The Galileo Extra is a centrifugal filtration unit from LOSMA which provides control of the oil mist, that is generated from neat oil and emulsions used in machine tools, also suitable for use when particulates are present. The Galileo Extra is available in five models with flow rates from 325 to 3.500 m3/hr.
