Extensive Product Range

MCG Environmental Engineering are specialists In the effective removal of oil mist and coolant mists from CNC machining centres and other industrial mist generating applications. We are proud to be able to offer the LOSMA range of industrial air filtration equipment, from small standalone units that are often seen on CNC machining centres to centralised extraction system solutions that serve multiple machines or processes.

Extensive Standard Product Range

With an extensive standard product range, from small standalone units for mounting directly to the machine tool to the larger LOSMA Argos Pro for use with centralised systems and larger machine tools that require oil mist control. With air volumes from 325m3/hr on the Galileo Plus to 15,000 m3/hr on the Argos Pro and filtration efficiency up to 99.97%. 


Bespoke Equipment & System Design

For airflows greater than 15,000m3/hr our experienced design engineers will be able to design a bespoke system specifically for your oil or coolant mist application, using a combination of standard LOSMA filtration units, combined with a separate standalone fan.   


From enclosed machining centres to large open bed machines MCG have the control solution for your application.

The Darwin series is a range of centrifugal filters for cleaning air containing oil mists, micro-mists and smokes produced when using coolants (emulsion or neat oil). The Darwin is available in four sizes, with a maximum flow rate up to 3000 m³/hr, with 3 different interchangeable filtration technologies.
